#Debunking_myths 🧐 around generational differences, specifically in the workspace.

#Myth 1 )The younger generation does not have as much professional experience and therefore isn’t able to provide solutions with as high of an #impact as their older peers.

➡️ It´s the other way around, young people come full of fresh ideas that are needed to #innovate💡which is why it’s important to give them the space to voice them out.📢

#Myth 2 ) The older generation is stubborn when it comes to change and is skeptical about #new_ideas.

➡️Actually the experience that these people have accumulated over the years is what gives them the #confidence to identify what might work and what might not, making it important to learn from them and extrapolate the wins.🚀

At the end of the day the #best_outcome 💪 will come from all the best ideas and points of view #combined, and this can be achieved by finding a good #balance instead of underestimating each other.
